Quarter-share ownership provides 13 weeks per year of condominium use- depending on the interval you purchase, every fourth week is yours throughout the calendar year. When you do not wish to use your unit, the opportunity exists to put it into the rental system at the hotel. Unit styles include studios, one and two bedrooms, lofts and penthouses.
